Request Evaluation
Because of Gracia's priorities with her family and the other demands on her time, she is accepting a
limited number of speaking engagements each year. All requests received will be considered in accordance
with her priorities and her schedule availability.
Dates
Gracia's calendar for 2011 is currently filled so please submit your request for 2012 or beyond. If your request
needs priority attention, please advise us.
Finances
The staff asks that Gracia's travel and motel/hotel expenses be covered (possibly for a total of two or
three persons, depending upon security issues). The group inviting her to speak should give an honorarium.
No amount is set for the honorarium. The goals of the conference or interview, its outreach, and the
compatibility with the Gracia's goals will have more to do with determining the acceptance of the invitation
than the financial commitment.
New Tribes Representation
Gracia is officially a New Tribes Representative and as such she likes to promote the work of New Tribes
in places where she speaks. Often times a New Tribes representative will assist her by setting up a display
table with literature and by being available to answer questions. Provision of space for such a display would
be appreciated.
